Divine Sweets Bakery is an E-commerce bakery that operates out of a commercial kitchen in West Chester, Pa. We are fully licensed and inspected by the state. At this time we do not have physical store front location, but our home base is in East Norriton, Pa.

Yes, you can cancel your order within at least a 24 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to us immediately to have your order cancelled in the system. Once your order has successfully been cancelled your funds will be refunded and can take anywhere between 3-5 business days to show up in your account.

Yes, if you are looking to cancel a custom cake order we will need at least 1 WEEKS notice to cancel the order. All cancelled orders within the allotted time are subject to a 15% cancellation fee (which covers ordering and processing of the items needed for your specific cake) will come out out the deposit that was submitted to secure your order. The remainder amount of the deposit (minus the cancellation fee) will be refunded back to you in the method you paid. It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to return back to your account.

Yes, you can pickup your order for your event, but we encourage you to allow us to deliver it ensure it arrives safely. However, if you choose to pickup your order we will need you to sign off on our pickup agreement. By signing the agreement you understand that you are taking responsibility of the cake and we no longer responsible for any damages that may occur once it leaves us.

All orders at this time are for delivery or pickup. We will deliver your order to the address provided at the checkout screen. Please make sure the address you input is correct. Divine Sweets Bakery is not held responsible if the order is delivered to the incorrect location.

Pick-Up is in the Norriton Square Shopping Plaza next to Joann’s Fabrics. As an ecommerce bakery we do not have a physical location at this time but will soon.Pickup times are as follows: Thursday & Friday between 3-6pm Saturday & Sunday between 9-12pm

If you are running late to pick your order up please call us immediately (215-559-9228) to let us know so we can either move our orders around or reschedule the pickup.

YES. We are able to make cakes that have edible images on them. Please email us the images you would like to have on your cake to info@divinesweetsbakeryshop.com
